Large Terrace with sun loungers, sea view. Very clean and well equipped Brilliant location on the strip, easy minimal noise, easy to get to the Old town harbour. We were the only people at the pool area most days , just over the road straight onto the beach. Good supermarket 3 mins walk away. Hosts very helpful and responded quickly.

very well situated. above a Scottish bar. the staff there are lovely. There was no noise in the evening. The apartment was extremely clean, kitchen had fridge/freezer, washing machine, hob, oven and microwave. Apartment had air con in all rooms. beds were very comfy. lovely big balcony with table and chairs, plus sun loungers. in lounge there were two sofas plus table and chairs.

Fantastic view of the sea, lovely apartment suitable for a family of 4. Nice outside space with table and chairs and 2 sun loungers, comfortable beds, and an adequate kitchen area. Bathroom was lovely, big shower area, double sinks. Very quiet even though it's so close to the main strip. Hosts were very accommodating letting us have an early check in, as we had two small children and baggage, so thank you. Pool was nice, pretty cold though! 2 second walk over the road to the lovely clean beach and all the bars and restaurants. Couldn't fault our stay, would highly recommend.

This is one of the nicest properties I have stayed in for a long time. The apartment was spotless and well equipped, location is perfect, straight across from the beach, close to bars and restaurants, yet peaceful and very safe.

This apartment’s prime location and sunny terrace mean we will return without hesitation. It sits just above Puerto Del Carmen’s main promenade, so has easy access to the beach and an array of wonderful restaurants, bars, and shops. The terrace faces the sea and enjoys sunshine and views from 10am till late afternoon. Although close to the promenade, we did not find it noisy. Instead, we could hear the soothing waves on the beach all day long. The apartment itself is modestly furnished, but could not be more comfortable. It had everything we needed for a very relaxing stay. We didn’t cook much as the nearby restaurants were so affordable and top quality. There is a large supermarket close-by, and a larger open-air shopping mall within 20 min walk. Communication with the rental company that manages this apartment was second to none. Instructions for arrival and departure were clear and they kept in touch to make sure we had everything we needed. Can’t wait to return!
