Clean and spacious apartment. Quiet nights for good sleep. Two pools, although we dis not really use these.

Ground floor located, no sun on the terras/balcony. Parking can be crowded and messy.

The best

Good location to reach Costa Teguise. Good price quality relationship with walking distance to the beach. The free private parking was a big plus. Easy checkin and checkout with locker. Fast communication with the host that was responsive.

To be improved

The apartment had cockroaches. We asked the host to come fix it and they sent someone the next day while we were not there (they did not touch anything, including 1 pillow we accidentally left on the floor, there was no smell or sight of any product when we came back). Even if it was a very effective treatment, we could not leave our bedroom door open during the entire stay with the fear of letting cockroaches in and tried to spend the least amount of time there possible. In the last day we actually found 2 holes in the window frame where for sure they could come in…… Also the shower drain was clogged we had to buy product to fix it.
