I didn't like that my family got stuck in an elevator for more than an hour, meanwhile the rest of my family was stuck in the stairwell on the 5th floor with no entry into the hallway to get into the apartment for about the same amount of time. All on the first night, we were all so disappointed. Also, you can't have all the air conditioning on because it will trigger the breaker to turn off.”

The best

Our stay at CanelA Homes Barcelona Beach was very good and met all our expectations. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent – close to the beach and well connected to the rest of the city, which made our visit even more enjoyable. Communication with the host was easy and responsive. Overall, we were very satisfied and would happily stay here again!

“Great place for a Summer visit”

The best

Electronic key made easy access for anyone in the group. Balcony was great although cold in winter Beds were comfortable Not much road noise as it was at the top of the building Heating worked well A parking space underneath A 10 minute walk towards Selva de Mar Metro station with cafe and Supermarket on the way. A 5 minute walk across the roads to the beach promenade Kitchen was fine with a small bag of washing up liquid etc.

To be improved

One of the sinks was blocked when we arrived. This was fixed though. Showers were either very hot or very cold. This was the same for another appartment for others in the family though so might be common in Barcelona The exit shutter door to the car park failed and we had to take the Metro with 2 elderly people. It did get fixed though by a resident also trying to access. No salt pepper or anything so have to buy essentials when you arrive. Would be an inexpensive nice touch.

Hot water in the showers did not work well, hot then freezing. Windows did not close fully or locked so constant draft, especially cold in the main bedroom as the balcony door opened on its own and didnt lock. Bed ver uncomfortable.
