The only thing we didn’t like much about the stay was the bed in the small room. Because we booked for 4 people and expected a bed for two, but it was a very small bed (width 1,20m) for two people and uncomfortable and very loud as you moved. I asked the landlord for a solution, but they stopped replying. And also don’t forget to check the picture of the stairs, it was an experience :D we didn’t realize it when we booked it, so just be cautious of the stairs to the last apartment. It was a sportive activity that we had to master and we did it :D But really, other than that and the small uncomfortable bed, everything else was perfect and we would definitely still recommend it.

Many steps, dark lighting in the hallway, wished they provided more towels and bath mats, esp if you’re staying for more than 2 days

We booked a four-day stay but only managed to endure one terrible night. 1. The photos on the booking site do not accurately represent the reality of the property. We have a video that clearly shows the discrepancies. 2. The apartment is located on the fifth floor, and the dangerous spiral staircase is narrow, making it impossible to place your entire foot on the steps. I am certain that this type of staircase does not meet legal safety requirements. It poses a serious safety risk, especially if you are carrying luggage, which can be extremely challenging. What would happen if someone were to have an accident on these stairs? Is the management accountable in such a situation? 3. The host was not truthful with us. When we expressed our discomfort with the place, he claimed there were other properties available for relocation; however, he was misleading us, as he knew he could not accommodate any changes. 4. The listing falsely advertised the property as having two bedrooms. In reality, there is only one bedroom with a door, while the other space is open and does not provide any privacy, as it includes the bathroom and toilet. This feels like another scam. 5. The property was in disrepair, with tape around outlets, the fridge, and the kitchen hood. This presents additional safety concerns and increases the risk of fire. I have traveled to many countries and stayed in numerous Airbnbs without any issues, so I feel compelled to warn others to avoid being scammed by this property. Additionally, I am not only seeking a refund for the three nights I did not stay, but also for the tourist taxes I paid for this horrible accommodation.
