“Fantastic apartment in an even better location!”

The best

Fantastic location, views of Sagrada Familia and close metro and tram stops. Beach is walking distance. The app to access is so handy and removes key stress, but good that they still have normal ones! Apartment is clean with good facilities. Roof terrace is absolutely incredible with all day sun. Beds are memory foam so super comfy!

To be improved

Lots of steps (often the case in Barcelona apartment blocks) aren’t great if you have mobility issues! Could have done with a few more dish washer tablets and bin bags. There was a weird intermittent buzzing in one of the bedrooms, which we think might have been the aircon?

the location is good, the room is big

The noise cancellation is very bad. I can hear very clearly what the neighbours talking about and it’s really annoying when we want to sleep. Also, the property doesn’t have any lift. We are carrying three luggages to 2nd floor. I don’t recommend if you have heavy luggages. Last, when I arrive the property, I can’t find my room. The staff didn’t tell me where exactly is my room located, I don’t even know which floor is it. Then, I call the staff but no one answers. They reply me in the app after an hour. It’s very disappointing.

First, the rooms are actually smaller than expected, then the AC is not functioning well, it is noisy and in a certain frequency. It affects our sleep a lot. Then, optionally, we asked whether we can adjust the check out time an hour later and were rejected. In other places, this should be easily negotiable. Finally, the cleaner came 5min before the check out time and asked us to leave very rudely, we almost had a fight... In total, I don't feel good at all.
