“great location, old apartment with low value for money”

The location is excellent. A supermarket is very close, and it's just a few minutes from Catalunya Square. Nice balcony, to sit and relax.

To be improved

The apartment we stayed in appeared quite old and hadn't been renovated in a while. We faced several issues during our stay, which are listed below: 1. The bathroom near the entrance didn't have a proper sink or mirror, which resulted in us having to brush our teeth in the kitchen. 2. The lock on this bathroom was missing, making it impossible to lock the door. 3. The apartment had only two showers, a problem for seven of us. We faced issues with hot water, and when we contacted Dani, who checked us in, he told us to wait for it to heat up. This was frustrating, as we had been traveling all day and didn't want to wait between showers. 4. The online check-in process was time-consuming, taking around 30-40 minutes to fill in all the required information for our family, including names, dates of birth, passport numbers, and expiration dates. 5. The second bathroom in the apartment was combined with the toilet, and no doors separating the two. Therefore, it was not possible to use both at the same time. 6. We were charged $20 for a late check-in because our flight was delayed by a few hours. However, despite requesting one, we never received a receipt for this charge. 7. The sofas in the living room were uncomfortable to sit on as they were very hard. 8. The kitchen lacked basic essentials like salt and pepper in addition to be very very old as shown in the pictures.
