No one to meet us on arrival as planned, had to do a video call with the host after waiting for 20 mins for someone to meet us. I appreciated her help on getting us into the building but we wasn't happy. She had to show how us around the apartment and safety measures through video call. The shutters in the kids room was broken and has no curtain. Called the host on Saturday evening but no answer until Sunday. Maintenance came on Monday to fix it. We used the shower curtain at the window until it was fixed. Broken chair in kids room. Stains in the bath, off-putting to use, especially to my 4 year old. Maintenance came to paint the balcony 3 days in a row - we were not made aware of this and had to refuse them the first time as we were going out. Would have been nice to have been informed beforehand. Very old decor and facilities, in need of updating to make it more welcoming. Also worth noting that the key code is not for the door to enter the building - almost got locked out 1 night because of this, thank goodness 1 member of our party was at home! We were told the manual keys was just for if the key code doesn't work but this wasn't the case.

The property was a little old looking and the bath tub had a weird stain on it. I didn’t appreciate that they ask extra for checking in late and it is only mentioned after the property is confirmed and not in advance.
