“Spacious, good location, but we won't be back”

Spacious apartment close to the Plaza Mayor and cathedral. Comfortable bed. Strong WiFi. Good communication from the host, including to access the apartment. Parking reservation in a nearby public car park is convenient.

To be improved

Our biggest problem was the lack of air conditioning, which was unbearable in 35 degrees (95F). Windows and blinds need to be closed 24/7 so it's suffocating. Fans are provided but they only move the hot air (even the one that's supposed to cool the air). We couldn't wait to leave because of this. The bathroom needs a deep clean. As so many others have said, it's on the second floor with no lift - it should be mentioned before booking. Maintenance is needed on the electrics - some sockets not working (eg beside the bed) and others are falling off the wall, including in the bathroom. Other maintenance is also needed.

We were able to get in early and everything was clean and looked just like the pictures! Hugo was helpful in letting us get our bags delivered directly to the apartment!

“Fabulous apartment in a great location in a wonderful city.”

Fantastic location right by Plaza Mayor. Parking facilities very close by and easy to find and use. Wonderful apartment with everything you need. Instructions for entry were very clear with remote entry access. We loved our stay in this apartment very much. Leon is a wonderful place to visit, I definitely recommend this apartment for a stay there.

“Superb”

The best

A very beautiful apartment in the very center of the city. The owner was very kind and helped us check in despite our significant delay. There are two spacious bedrooms, one very quiet with windows facing the courtyard, and one bathroom.

To be improved

It was a bit difficult to find the right door while being in contact with the owner. As a suggestion for improvement, I would recommend creating a detailed guide for guests.
