The first room we were allocated was dirty, no hot water, and one could barely move around. After unpacking everything and ready to take a shower, we found out the hot water did not work, fortunately, they moved us to a different room. The second room was a bit better, but there is no hot water in this motel, only lukewarm. This could be acceptable for the summer but not in winter. The beds were uncomfortable, the sheets were dirty, the soap/shampoo dispenser did not work, the bathroom door could not be opened from the inside (or the outside) once you slide it to close it, this can be a dangerous hazard and it should be fixed. I did not want to bother the receptionist again after going back downstairs to ask for extra toiletries and then the lack of hot water, plus we were exhausted after a long day of driving. I booked this place based on the overall review score, and after reading each single one of them, but the reality seems to be very different. Maybe we just got unlucky.
