“Family/ Business trip”

The best

We were there for a medical conference, The hotel is amazing, great breakfast and gym . The room very modern . The staff is very friendly and helpful. From the breakfast manager MariaLuz ( I think) to Dani in front desk , we were traveling with a baby and all the staff was always offering help and check if we need help with bags or the stroller.

“The best value!”

The best

Ideal location. The best breakfast buffet. Excellent staff. This beautiful art deco hotel checks all the boxes. Dani went out of his way to help us find our way around. His professional and warm attitude make him an excellent manager.

“Expensive and shabby”

The best

An expensive and below par hotel, we booked a so called superior room with two double beds , which had a window that was frosted so you could not see out, a bathroom with over shower bath - not nice and glass door to it ! We found a complimentary cookie in a box was just some crumbs ! Location was quite good for access to centre by bus or taxi but the hotel was tired and characterless and definitely not 4 * ! the parking was also a challenge to access

“Very nice, modern hotel”

The best

We stayed here to be close to Bernabeu Stadium for a tour, so it was a 20 minute Uber ride to the more traditional tourist sites in the city center. This hotel is gorgeous and clean. Plenty of comfortable sitting areas on the main floor around the reception desk and restaurant. The rooms were very modern and clean, with bathrobes to make you feel at home. We didn't purchase access to the breakfast buffet (25 euro per person) but we did order individual menu items from the restaurant and that cost less for us. There's lots of shopping around the plaza the hotel sits on and one of the shops closest is a nice little cafe with pastries and hot/cold/juice drinks so that's another option for breakfast too. We stayed during the winter so the rooftop pool and "food truck" were closed but I'm sure those would be really nice when it's warm enough outside.

“Superb hotel and dining experience.”

Superb experience! Clean, spacious rooms. Atmosphere is wonderful: well decorated, classy. Hotel restaurant has exceptional food and service (scallops are amazing, as well as entrecôte and Mediterranean salad). Special shout-out to our server Manolis (Manu) for a wonderful dining experience.
