“Not what we expected”

The best

The position was good i knew where it was and a fabulous terrace

To be improved

1. When we asked for a key for the safe, we were told the owner doesn't give keys for the safe 2. A terrible smell in the main bedroom had to buy air fresheners. 3. Damaged plaster work around the bedroom doors. 4. Around 5 am every morning, the cafe below brought out chairs. The noise was loud every day 5. When cooking oven and hob on the lights would fuse 6. After the first week, the tv wouldn't work. We lost all station, so no tv over Christmas. The engineer came out a few times. After complaining yo the office, they sent another engineer who fixed it, so we had tv gor only 2 weeks roughly. 7. This was not good value for the money we paid. i would hate to be in this apartment in the summer. 8. When we went to use the iron it was black, so we couldn't use it had to buy a new one. (Brought it home)

Bad smell in the en-suite bathroom and on my 2 sunloungers on balcony did ask for a third one but didn’t hear back
