“Family holiday 2025.”

The best

Beautiful house in an unusual spot but very convenient for Lidl/Aldi, 5 minutes walk. Also, 10 minute drive into Nerja centre, 20 minute walk. Very spacious bedrooms, lovely lounge and outside area, with parking inside for two cars. We were a party of seven, so we had to use the upstairs bedroom, which was up a difficult spiral staircase. They could do to get some plastic glasses for use by the pool and supply pool towels. Having said all that, we had a wonderful holiday at the villa.

To be improved

The pillows were really hard, a bit more crockery for when there are more people staying. There are no plastic glasses for outdoor use. The bathrooms could do with updating. Water leaks everywhere after showering. The large oven didn't work, but there was a small one and a B-B-Q outside The small sink in the kitchen was not much use, but there is a small dishwasher.

Needs some refurbishing in some areas, bathrooms and kitchen area. AC heating was not working had to be degassed, this should be an annual service check. Villa was not cleaned during our 1 month stay and we had to chase up change of linen. Shower trays leaked water after using.

“Beautiful, Traditional Home with Outdoor Space”

The best

The house is a traditional Spanish home and very beautiful. The outdoor space is huge and you feel as if you are in an oasis. The view was outstanding and we saw some lovely sunsets. Lots of potted plants, outdoor space, pool and fountain. Due to this house being traditional, the bathrooms are very small (actually, one bathroom is really not usable due to its size), but when you book a house such as this, it should be expected. All the bedrooms are a good size. During our stay there was a huge thunder storm with rain and wind. We felt as if we were in a castle, it was actually very cozy. We did lose power in the kitchen, but the electrician was there the next morning to fix it. The lighting is definitely a little tweaky, but you get used to it. I would not consider the location 'walkable' to town. The kitchen is well-stocked and our host ensured we had everything we needed and presented us with wine, chips, paper towels, coffee and tea, etc. Very nice treat!

To be improved

The location is odd. It's surrounded by industrial businesses and a gas station. But, once you are inside the property walls, you really can't see any of this. You can hear trucks driving by, but it didn't really bother us.
