Canteras Bliss

It was the perfect site, being close to the boardwalk, but not right in the centre. The facilities were fantastic, everything thought of.

We really enjoyed our stay at Canteras Bliss. The apartment was large, well furnished and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and had all we needed to do some self-catering - there's a full size fridge-freezer, oven, microwave as well as a washing machine and a dryer. The shower worked well (took a couple of minutes to warm up), with plenty of warm water. There is a little balcony but we loved just taking our tea or lunch out the "back" door straight onto the lovely promenade. The lift worked well and quickly, not always a given in European apartment buildings. We loved Las Palmas, a great combination of city and beach break. It's vibrant, buzzy and safe with plenty of restaurants and bars .There are benches or the beach a few feet away from the door. Take the bus down to the historical centre. They are regular and cheap.We even took the airport bus from Santa Catalina station back to the airport to save the hefty taxi fare, it's an easy walk, mostly down the promenade.

Location right on the beach is superb, , no sea view though. A washing machine and dryer in addition to a dish washing machine were a nice detail.
