The best

The position is very good, near the beach and restaurants. Good wi-fi and Netflix.

To be improved

The apartment is very small, for one person it would be sufficient but for two is not cosy. The main problem is the bathroom, if you are 1.75 you can sit on the toilet only with one leg in the shower. The neighbours are loud during the nights.
