To be improved

I gave them a deposit. They have not returned it. I continue to get the run around from them. They keep telling me they are going to refund it. But, I have to continually keep asking them for it.

The best

The place was very nicely done, with obvious signs of thinking of the guest’s comfort. I think I might have been the first guest in the facilities, for everything seemed to be new. It was spotless clean. The bed was comfortable and the linen and pillows good as well. The location was excellent, just steps away from the beach. In all a good experience.

To be improved

I was unable to use the small (2 burners) infusion range in the kitchen. There were no instructions anywhere to be found and I was not able to figure out its operation. Though the kitchen was well appointed, it lacked certain essential tools, e.g. bread knife.

“Ok for what we needed.”

The keys were easy to collect - however we did not get the check in details until the moment we landed which was quite stressful

To be improved

The WIFI set up was not clear - there were two routers and the booklet suggested using the username and password which didnt work. I had to make a lot of contact with the host before resolving the issue. There was also works happening in the building so we could never get a lie in. At 9am drilling would start and would drive me mad! So if you want a place for a nice relaxing holiday I wouldnt recommend staying, as it's an apartment block were residents live, not a holiday accomodation.
