“The worst experience ever !”

The view

To be improved

No hospitality, no service, and there is only one key for 2 persons. There is blinking light on the balcony and the staff of the apartment did not reply as we reported the problem. The morning of check out, we were told to leave the key in the apartment and as a result we were locked in between the front door and the reception door with no way to get out and had to call the police.
