Everything as having booked a family holiday in a 3 bedroom apartment with balcony with my elderly father and adult daughter, we had to stay in 2 separate apartments on different floors and the apartments were located a long way away from the area we had originally chosen to stay. My elderly father was left alone in another apartment as he was unable to access the shower or the balcony because the marble staircase didn't have a safety rail. I had to sleep on a child's bunk bed! I had been in conversation with Tusity before our arrival and had been clear that I was travelling with an elderly person. We had to walk round the streets of Las Palmas on arrival with our luggage looking for the apartments and had to get the help of a translator as the Tusity agent didn't speak English. We spent the first 2 days of our holiday trying to get somewhere for my father to stay so that he could take a shower. All in all we certainly didn't get the holiday we had booked and are still waiting for adequate compensation.

Unsafe, noisy, and absolutely NOT recommended! Stay away from this place! This apartment was a complete disaster. My friend was trapped in the bathroom for over two hours due to a faulty lock while urgently needing insulin. The owner responded slowly and even demanded €300 to break the door open. In the end, we had to rescue him using a dangerous ladder at 5 meters high. On top of that, the apartment was extremely noisy due to a bar directly below. It was full of defects, and the balcony door couldn't even be locked, making it completely unsafe. The owner took zero responsibility. Do not waste your money – AVOID this place at all costs!

You pay for the location, as the apartment needs an upgrade—everything seems quite worn.
