“No air con and no fans until we complained.”
The best

Location is great, near the town and near the beach and there is a supermarket at the end of the road. The property is well equipped but there is no oven. The issue we had was the air conditioning was not working. It was difficult to contact the property as they did not respond through booking.com. When I did contact them they said they would send a technician but never did, then admitted the air con was broken and would send fans, which eventually arrived in the late afternoon. So as far as I am concerned they knew the air con was broken and in over 30 degrees temperatures they did not fix it.

To be improved

Difficult to contact the property, basically we lost a day of our stay as getting the matter of no air con sorted out was not easy. They knew they had an issue and tried to hid it which it very unfair to the customer. Dead cockroaches under the bed didn't help.

We loved the apartment's location! It was so close to the beach, and we could easily walk to all the main attractions. The apartment was perfect for our family, and we all had a wonderful time. We would definitely recommend this place to others and would love to stay here again in the future
