“Overrated and overpriced - aptmt needs better maintenance ( floors - loose doorhandles .....)”

It was quiet around the appartment

To be improved

We had an issue with an aircondition-breakdown ( water dropping down from the bathroomceiling) - can happen no problem - we have been leaving in Spain for 8 years and know how things work - but no real compansation - 2 days spoiled change of plans etc..... Had a phone and mailconversation with Vicente, but he never came back with an answer of my last mail! Customer service????
