“Beautiful Apartment”

The best

Lovely clean apartment with everything you could need for a nice stay. Beautiful view down to the beach which had sunbeds for hire (€12 for 2 beds and a parasol - book the day before) and a nice choice of bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment is in lovely gardens with waterfalls and a mini lake with fish and terrapins and was very quiet at night. Pleasant walk (about 25 mins) to main Nerja resort, with lovely views along the way (there are steps or steep ramps to be negotiated on the way)

To be improved

It wouldn't suit anyone with mobility issues as there are a lot of steps (about 200 down to the beach), including a few deep steps. The pool area in Capistrano Playa charges €4 per sunbed, which was unexpected.

“A fabulous apartment”

The best

I have been coming to Nerja since 1990 and this is the best property I have stayed in. Everything has been thought of - the apartment is equipped with everything you could need including beach chairs and umbrella! The location is great and the surroundings in the development of Capistrano Playa are beautiful with a great swimming pool, and the apartment itself is beautifully furnished and immaculate. Highly recommended!

the location was wonderful, with gorgeous view from balcony . well maintained gardens and pathways to beach . many steps however worth it for the beach and restaurants . 20 mins walk into Nerja plenty of places to stop and take in surroundings . Well equipped everything we needed such as kitchen , hand wash , bath towels etc decorated to high spec with lovely attention to detail . comfortable bed and peaceful , quiet complex . wonderful host with excellent communication .

“Ok”

The best

The apartment was big and clean with a lovely terrace and tidy kitchen. The mattress was too soft for my liking, but that's a personal choice. Marianne is a to the point professional host. She gave us very clear instructions on how to get there.

To be improved

The complex is laid out over a number of floors, and it's work getting around it. It has more steps down to and back from the beach. Walking to town involved more hills both coming and going. All this was too much for us.

“Great apartment with sea views.”

Great position with sea views and well equipped. 10 Min walk down steps to beach with gated access. Supermarket by beach or larger one 5 min drive. 20 min walk into town. Though variety of restaurants on beach. Easy parking on street. Owners are brilliant and very helpful. Clear instructions to get to the apartment. 50 mins from Malaga airport. Close to caves and Frigillana

No good for those with walking difficulties.
