EVERYTHING! We had walked the Camino and finished here before flying home. It was the best accommodation we have had, it was great luxurious rooms and everything so clean and fresh. Breakfast was amazing and the service at breakfast was so sweet. A big thank you to Marisa (I think her name was) in reception who greeted us, helped us and made us feel like home. She did our stay the best possible and she raised the standard for this hotel, best service we have had for sure. We will 100% recommend this hotel and hopefully we will come back to Santiago so we can stay one more night here. Thank you for an amazing finish to our trip.

“Comfortable hotel in a good location”
The best

Great location, next to the pedestrianised part of the old city, and a short walk from the train station. There was a nice large, clean bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. And the woman at reception was really friendly.

To be improved

The balcony in my room overlooked an alleyway leading to a car park, so I didn't bother using it.
