“A gem of a hotel - we loved it!”
The best

Gorgeous hotel with great staff. Lovely pool and great access to the beach. Modern rooms with great views. The Spa at the sister hotel was excellent.

To be improved

The air conditioning wasn’t always very cool. The juice at breakfast was from a machine and it didn’t work very well. The juice was either watery or too concentrated. The hogging of sun beds isn’t managed. On several days towels were left on the popular sea view front beds for 5+ hrs with no guests returning.

“Loved our stay and would definitely recommend, great as an all inclusive option”

Newly renovated, we enjoyed the location, facilities, food, proximity to the beach and helpful staff. The sea view was great and my partner is gluten intolerant and they had many options for her.

To be improved

Only a couple of small things, the aircon in the hotel, especially in the room, was quite minimal, wouldn’t get below 22-23 degrees, even if the dial said 18 or 15.. we mentioned this to the hotel and they pointed out it’s centralised so the dials in the rooms are effectively pointless. The included cocktails were a little bland and to be honest the entertainment was pretty bad, probably the worse we have seen in any all inclusive resort, although the entertainment staff was cordial and helpful.

“Amazing and 100% recommend with no hesitation”

Amazing hotel, I would definitely recommend it for couples and families as the vibe is very chill and makes you feel so relaxed. Staff are lovely and so friendly. A special shoutout to Sylvia and Nikola at reception, they always say hi with a big smile and have been super helpful. So nice to feel very welcomed everytime you walk past them. Food at the restaurant was great and everything was so tidy. The hotel is next to an amazing beach Sao Baolo, which where you can just put your towel and relax for the whole day. Nikola helped us rent a car and the agency was quite good and managed to easily get one. Our room had an amazing sea view which I would definitely recommend. It changes everything.
