Awesome view, close beach and restaurants, quiet

Spacious and clean apartment at a very good location close to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. Beautiful view from the terrace over Cullera bay, very forthcoming host.

The location is fantastic, the view is amazing, the apartment layout is excellent and the communication with the owner and his aunt which is in charge with the guests it was great. Pepita was going above and beyond to meet our requests. She is speaking Spanish and French but with our English and Google translator we communicated just fine. The apartment looks even better in reality than what it is posted on the booking.com website! The kitchen, laundry room and 2 bathrooms are equipped with everything you need. You can dry your clothes on a balcony rack and there is also access to the roof terrace if you decide to do serious laundry :) There are plenty of extra blankets just in case you will need. If you are concerned about the room temperature or lack of AC, please don't! The apartment is exposed to the beach (East) and North-East so besides the fantastic sunrise on the balcony, kitchen and both big bedrooms, the amazing Cullera lights during the night, if you open the windows available on the 3 sides of the building you can easily adjust the temperature of the apartment very well. However, each bedroom has a ceiling fan with remote control.
