A bit dated. Lacking a few basics like tea towel, handwash. Had to wash dishes and cutlery before using has many hadn’t been washed well.

I would love it if shampoo and conditioner were provided as we often travel with carry-on luggage only and end up purchasing them...then they are too large to bring home again.

Small things let it down. No cushions on the wicker seats outside-not very comfortable when sitting in shorts! Shower head had a crack in it and sprayed water. Twin bed mattresses not very comfortable. The double bed had a lovely memory foam one though- maybe extend this to the twin beds aswell. Pool area doesn’t have umbrellas and whilst the pool itself was nice, the loungers are a bit grubby looking and the area around the pool isn’t very inviting.

- The flat needs a refresh as window shutters are not closing in one bedroom (you can’t even open them!), there was a leak under the sink in the kitchen and they put a basin under so they are perfectly aware of this issue, to finish the flat in general is not well insulated. - Lot of noise from the street (especially in the room were there are the 2 single beds + bad quality of mattress with springs. - Lack of basic products when you arrive : no washing up liquid, no sponge, no oil, vinegar, etc… In summary : price quality ratio is not good, we found it very expensive for this level of quality.
