Key collection point 20 minute walk to accommodation- difficult with cases Had to get taxi as elderly parents. Lock box for key collection would be much better at the accommodation. Pool out of order and we were not informed.

“A disappointing apartment in a great location.”

The apartment was spacious with a lovely view. The kitchen was well equipped. The shower was very good. Excellent peaceful location

To be improved

The apartment needs to be refurbished, it felt old fashioned and tired. The beds were uncomfortable and the double bed was small. The bathroom tiles need to be regrouted especially in the shower area.

Great location quite spacious property. Company very quick to answer questions

To be improved

Having to pick the keys up from a hotel located in the opposite side of the town was ridiculous. Should have a key safe. No Sun loungers to use around the pool.
