Very good location, near metro, buses, Mercadona, Lidl. Claudia and Elain are very helpful. The apartment is well-equipped.

Super clean and modern apartment 20-minute walk from the seaside and 3 minutes from the underground station. We were surprised by the fact that it is on the groundfloor. You are entering the apartment from the street directly and there is no proper window. However, it was a quiet street and we got used to it quickly. The airconditioning was very good, cooled the apartment within minutes. It is ideal for a couple, however, a family with kids will be OK as well. The owner is very nice and helpful.

The property was nice , modern and very clean. The flat awaited us with chocolates on our nicely folded towels and cool water in the fridge. The host was great with communication and intrusctions. The flat had everything we needed and it was well located for our needs. Close to the beach and to the metro, which made going around Valencia very easy.
