“Cool small apartment close to everything Olso I find parking on street for free 😎 · Cons: Only one thing the air conditioning units are probably old and they don’t work well was so hot 🥵 in there we couldn’t sleep well 😅but was only one night and in middle of summer so probably in winter or spring will be perfect but summer definitely need better air condicion units 🥵 Otherwise all good 👍🏻”

“Bad place to stay”
The best

No aircon as advertised and when I asked them they would not do anything and told me i could have my money back after I unpacked and managed to fined a parking spot this was at 18.30. They was not interested in any faults as long as they take your money. Keep away from these cowboys

Aircon not working dirty bathroom utensils kitchen very poor and in need of upgrade

Decor and interior decorating in the apartment was modern. The washing machine was convenient.

To be improved

It was 37 degrees in madrid and the air conditioning in the apartment was non existent , it doesn't work, I specifically booked the place for the AC. It made our stay very uncomfortable and we couldn't wait to leave. Don't advertise that you have AC if it's non functional. There was a stainless steel stove top kettle which leaked water all over the counter, so could not be used, the microwave was old and stained inside , and I didn't even use the iron after looking at it- appliances need a serious upgrade. There were stains on the linen. The couch bed was extremely uncomfortable and slanted backwards . Was an uncomfortable stay.

Place is tired and needs attention. Shower had broken doors with one missing and leaking ceiling. Sheets need replacing.
