The location is optimum - easy walk to the beach (where there are lots of restaurants - and easy walk to grocery stores as well. For me - a solo traveler, it was perfect - very comfortable mattress, a convenient kitchen, excellent washing machine, and very clean place.

object 100% consistent with the description, clean, pleasant, I slept better than at home. I was afraid of the noise from outside but it's a very quiet area. I recommend, I recommend, I recommend!

Excellent location for the beach, and close to public transportation and free parking.

To be improved

A little limited on seating, and Valencia’s non-beach attractions are a bit of a hike.
