The bedroom is open plan to the sitting room.

TV remote was erratic . No English speaking channel. Bottle of water would have been appreciated on late arrival.

The cutlery, dishes were dirty. We had to clean all the plates, mugs from the scratch. Additionally, wardrabes were filled out with working stuff, like additinal towels, pillows, cleaning stuff. There was hardly no space to keep the clothes

There was a very intense smell of an artificial air fragrance which I put away the first day but couldn't completely neutralize in the 13 days we stayed there. It's a small space and the windows face a very small patio, where all the kitchen windows and vents are, so opening the windows to let the fresh air in had to be well-timed. Knowing how toxic these fragrances are and leading a healthy lifestyle at home, it drove me crazy to be "bathing" in that smell all the time. Along those lines, the pots and pans in the kitchen are also completely scratched, which made eating home-cooked food less of a joy. There is VERY little natural light as it's inward-facing. The heating was still not working (saw in a review from a month earlier that it was broken and it still hadn't been fixed when we were there), we got to use a small heater, which, on the upside, actually made drying laundry easier. The bathroom has no functioning ventilation. Maybe my least favorite part and apart from the smell the thing that made me feel least comfortable was the sofa. It's old and very very worn, the pieces of the fake leather are falling off and although there's a cover it's also worn and not doing its job well. The sofa really should be replaced. The TV we didn't really use as it's not a smart tv and only had Spanish channels. Overall, I'd say if you're not sensitive to the above complaints and if you plan to spend most of your time outside and just sleep in the apartment, it's probably a good choice. But if you're sensitive to these things and want a place to feel really at home in, I wouldn't recommend it.
