There was no hot water as the gas had run out. We were expected to try and fix it at 10.00 pm . New gas was delivered 12 hours later.

Beautiful, charming house with great views of the Alhambra from the second bedroom and the rooftop terrace. The furniture in the bedrooms is cute - loved the details on the closet door in the second bedroom. Just a few steps away from mirador de san nicolas, and a very short downhill walk to the nearest bus stop to go downtown or to the alhambra without needing to transfer. Good Air Conditioning. Full kitchen with oven, ok utensils.

To be improved

Bathroom situation is not the most convenient, but definately ok. They do provide generous toiletries. We were able to pull the telephone shower out through the window and shower the kids in the very private backyard (only one window faces the backyard, and at the time the shutters were shut).

It was an easy bus ride to the Alhambra and walking distance to restaurants and flamenco show. Loved the rooftop patio that has a great view!

To be improved

The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, one that pulls out from the other, which doesn’t leave much walking space in the room…not terrible though.

Very close to Mirador San Nicolas. The view from rooftop is great.

To be improved

We booked 6 months in advance and at that time they said free parking. No one updated us that we need to park at San Cristobal with a 15 EUR parking fee. And there is no toilet paper which we need to buy ourselves.
