Location, the building had a lift.

Very steep stairs to the loft (not advertised) without proper safety railing around the perimeter of the loft, dangerous for children. On arrival, difficulty getting into the apartment. Balcony doors did not lock. Had to supply own toilet paper.

Dealing with the owners to retrieve the key.You need google translate as the owner only speaks spanish. Booking.com should force the owner to provide better checkin procedures
