No WiFi in the rooms! This can't happen in 2025. I had a few calls to make and had to take them outside with 35C weather.

Great location within the old city. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great common areas.

To be improved

The shower was not sealed properly therefore it leaked and had a moldy smell. Furniture on the main terrace was not very comfortable.

“A nightmare”

The best

Dampness, cockroaches, old, bad smell, VERY noisy…we left after the first night. No one really took responsibility. I asked for a complaint form, but they didn't give it to me. I asked for a refund, but they didn't give it to me either. They only offered me a better room, but it scary low standards. Nothing like the photos, totally a scam. If you get the Olivo apartment, run away!

“Great stay close to the center; big room, good facilities.”

The location is great; the rooms are big and the facilities are great. It is easy to get anywhere on foot from this location.

To be improved

In order to access the bathroom, one has to go via one of the room. This is probably ok for a family but could be awkward for a group of friends as we were. Also a refresh on the walls could be usefull but not mandatory. But overall we still loved the accomodation and we would choose it again.

“Localisation was good · Cons: The place was extremely dirty and clearly in need of a complete renovation. In our apartment, water was leaking from the ceiling whenever other guests were showering upstairs. While I understand that occasional leaks can happen, it was clear this wasn’t a new issue — there was a large stain in the ceiling where the leak occurred, and a plastic box had been placed on top of the wardrobe to catch the water. This suggests the owner was aware of the problem but failed to mention it or take proper action. The bathroom was very small, making it almost impossible to move comfortably in the shower. On top of that, the shower fixtures were rusty, which made the space feel even more unhygienic. The fridge was old and in poor condition, with visible stains inside and very dirty walls — we didn’t feel comfortable using it to store food. Lastly, the so-called “swimming pool” was closed and filled with stagnant, murky water. It looked completely neglected and unsanitary — definitely not something I’d recommend anyone use in the nearest future.”
