The owner provided clear instructions for check in. Upon arrival the apartment was spotlessly clean and equipped with small welcome gifts that were perfect fit after a whole day of traveling. The apartment is very well equipped and perfect for longer stays. It has comfortable but smaller bed and comfortable bathroom, cotton linen and towels, these are things that matter! Supermarkets are close by and if you want to be in arroyo de la miel part of the town this is probably the only spot where you'll find free and available parking (tip, not necessarily follow the rules of parking your car perfectly). Balcony view is superb for breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. Overall impression is the comfort of those 4 star hotels close to the sea down the street but for a fraction of their price, just bear in mind that you're renting an apartment not a hotel room with room service so you'll need to do your own cleaning and washing but even for that purpose you're very well equipped by the owner so it's not a problem at all.

It had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Beautifully designed with lots of small details that made it extra special The host responded quickly and provided all the info needed before the check-in. Also privided early check-in and late check-out as per my request. The location is great and parking was pretty easy to find. Highly recommended.

It was our second stay at this studio apartment. It's in a great location, close to the shops, bars, and restaurants in and around Bonanza Square. So clean and tidy. It has everything you could want, a real home from home place. Great communication from the owner, and a lovely welcome pack left for us on arrival. It has the most fabulous views from its 8th floor balcony.
