The best

When we arrived, no one was at the apartment. I téléphoned the spainish number, but there was no reply. I phoned the English phone number and was told that the cleaner was on their way to the apartment. I waited 30 mins phone the English téléphone on number no reply. Then my téléphone number without permission was given to a 3rd party who then told me that the booked 3 bedroom apartment was not available. I was in a position as there were 6 of us 3 couples expecting a 3 bedroom. we were given the option of a 2 bedroom which I had to accept. I had to sleep on the sofa in the front room.
