The location was good, in the centre of the old town.

While I could see online that the place was dated, it seemed to look okay in the photo's. However, in reality the place looked really tired and rundown - a rusty dented fridge, rusted fittings in the bathroom, a faulty coffee machine, old/cheap bedlinen, stained bedlinen and dirty old mismatched towels, a broken shower head, poor water pressure, broken connector for the sofa-bed, broken curtain to the bed area (not a bedroom). An old, smelly, used sponge and wipe were provided in the kitchen + no tea towel. No hand towels were provided. A yucky mop and broom featured in the bathroom. We honestly couldn't wait to get out of there.

The location is ideal for Malaga and good response time from owner.

To be improved

The bathroom sink tap didn’t have hot water at the time. We also had a mishap with someone’s laundry being left but the owner was very apologetic and said it would never happen again.
