“Ideal location, comfortable and staff helpful”
The best

Perfect location and within walking distance of the centre. Fabulously spacious room and fantastic shower.Staff friendly and very helpful.

To be improved

Breakfast items not generally replaced in a timely manner. When larger groups stay compared to individual guests, there is a better need to identify this with regards to breakfast timing. I was not advised there would be a large group as perhaps is the standard practice and so had some issues at breakfast.

location was good, cleanliness, staff were helpful

To be improved

we were expecting a fully adapted room as it was advertised as facilities for disable guests however there was a bath in the room and no shower or bars which meant that i went without a shower for two days this is mot acceptable to disable guests

“Great location and breakfast with parking place”
The best

Great location, with private parking even though you should check as there are plenty of spaces parking free surrounding this hotel. The rooms are big, clean, with perfect wifi signal, the breakfast is of good quality and offers gluten and lactose free options. You wont walk more than 5 minutes to be in all the old city attractions

“Pleasant stay at Ourense in the Carris Cardenal Hotel”
The best

The Carris Cardenal hotel is well located, in walking distance to the city of Ourense. The room and bathroom were spacious, we got water for free and there was a minibar in the room. Breakfast was good.

To be improved

The view from the hotel is not nice. The hotel is a bit dated, furniture old-fashioned. We didn't like Ourense, but this is not a fault of the hotel.
