Location couldn’t be better

This is essentially a lovely hotel close to the cathedral square. Some might think it noisy because of that but we loved the hustle and bustle of peregrina/os arriving and celebrating after completing their Camino walks. Staff are extremely warm and friendly and helpful. However, we didn’t give the hotel 4 or 5 stars because we had a problem with our shower and it was not addressed during our three nights stay. It was clear from our bathroom door which was water damaged at the bottom that there must have been a long standing problem with the shower. The water shot out everywhere. Whilst the receptionist told us he reported the issue to maintenance nothing happened during our stay so we had to wash each day rather than shower. This was very poor service indeed. This could be a top reviewed hotel but it won’t be if it ignores a major issue for clients staying with them for three days. That was really disappointing.

Great Hotel, position is perfect. After our Camino walk only having to walk another 100 metres from the square of Santiago de Compostela was perfect. The hotel is clean and modern but still in keeping with the age of the building, all the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. A great find was the laundromat just outside the side entrance enabling us to use while having breakfast.

Hotel is centrally located in the historic area of Santiago de Compostela Spain. Has all the amenities. No parking. But taxis can get to the hotel. The town is difficult to drive in and needs special permits. Excellent sleeping . Quiet though near late night places. Good morning breakfast. Excellent staff

The staff was great . It is a small boutique hotel 2 minute walk from the cathedral. Location is in the middle of everything. All worth it
