Had originally booked with Expedia as we were attending a friends wedding, but wanted to amend because my daughter 21 years old was unexpectedly rushed into critical care with a rare cancer and stayed there for 87 days . We wanted to amend our booking but couldn’t so had to cancel. We then had to rebook with booking.com. The hotel would not refund us the deposit we paid for the two rooms we had booked even though we made a new booking for 5 nights and we only stayed 3. What totally un compassionate people they are. I emailed them 4 times explaining the position we were in from when we cancelling our stay in May until we actually stayed there in July, I never received one response. We also paid extra for 5 days breakfast and only stayed 3, on checking out spoke to reception and she said she would get someone to email me - never received anything from them. We have been home for 2 weeks.

All the steps to gain the main entry. I have mobility issues and it was very difficult for me! We weren’t advised when asked by me prior to booking but told “it’s okay we have a lift “! !

“Perfect for a relaxing, peaceful break in a traditional setting.”

The best

Beautiful place for a relaxing break, staff friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast choices great, gorgeous buffet style and staff bring coffee, eggs & bacon on request. Near to train station for trips around the island. Top tip - order the Paella which you pick up from partner restaurant Es Garum, it was fantastic!! There are some great places to try traditional Mallorcan food close to Cas Comte. Will definitely return!

To be improved

I wish there had been a ladder to use getting in & out of the pool - difficult for anyone with knee or back issues!

“nice property with rooftop pool, comfortable, spacious, good breakfast · Cons: The housekeepers / staff at breakfast was maybe a bit less friendly as expected, mixed our orders for eggs everyday except for one. There is no restroom neither at the breakfast area nor around the pool which is uncomfortable when you stay at the remote location. Parking is quite crowded, our rental was scratched one day, good thing that we had insurence. Whould have been nice to receive a small gesture as this was our honeymoon.”
