“Excellent apartment but issues with neighbours”
The best

Very spacious and well equipped apartment, large terraces for sunbathing and dining, comfortable beds, very clean and conveniently located. The host also kindly allowed us to check out a bit later on our departure day.

To be improved

Unfortunately there were bad smells coming from the neighbours who were smoking cannabis everyday. It was particularly noticeable on the upper terrace but we also noticed it on the lower terrace and sometimes inside the apartment. We had to put one of our beach towels along the bottom of the door to keep it from permeating the apartment. We did tell the owner about it but I guess there are limits as to what he can do about it.

“Everything is great, I recommend it”
The best

Great apartment in the center of El Cotillo. the apartment is fully adapted for families who like to cook at home. Different types of beaches are within walking distance. Two terraces for those who like to sunbathe, or sit in the evening with a glass of wine and watch the sunset.

To be improved

It was a bit unlucky due to the construction work on the first floor, which made a lot of noise from the morning until the end of the working day. But after we left, they finished the repair :) There is also a strange smell in the stairwell, it is not clear where it is coming from, but it was not felt in the apartment
