Area around the location looks a little untidy

We arrived really late because we came from far away and traveled more than 15 hours to get to Malaga. I texted the owner while booking this place if it’s okay that we arrive late and got answered that it is not a problem at all! Unfortunately when we came we couldn’t unlock the box with the key no matter how hard we tried! All 4 of us did everything we could but it looked like it was stuck. We called the owner but instead of understanding what we were saying she rudely told us it was our problem that we arrived that late. We were so tired, scared and desperate sitting in the middle of the night in an unknown city with all our baggage. The owner told us to wait for her in the different street where the apartment was and she will be there in 20min. We waited for more than 40min and we she came she drove past us and went straight to the key box which was put on a different street. We never saw how she opened the box but I am pretty sure we weren’t the problem since in every city that we visited in Andalusia there was a key box and we had no trouble opening it. Also the bathroom was flooding every time we showed.
