“Nice”
The best

The owner is nice, good communication. In the front of the apartment is a bus stop , no.500 drives directly to the center. The food shop is just around the corner.

To be improved

There is no proper air-conditioning, just a portable one, (very loud) which is not sufficient enough to cool the whole apartment . It was very hot inside, unbearable.

The best

Spacious, nicely decorated and clean. Good value and free WIFI. Three separate bedrooms sleeping up to 5. Location fine. 500 bus stop right outside the flat to Plaza Espana and the metro is only 8 minutes walk away. Several supermarkets nearby. Lovely towels. Towels, drying up cloth, dishcloth, washing up liquid, soap, shampoo and conditioner supplied. Felt safe and secure with several door locks to enter property. Double glazing blocked any noise from exterior and therefore the flat was quiet and the rooms did not get hot despite 28 degree temperatures. Although not the prettiest, the sofa and armchairs were very comfortable.

To be improved

No kettle supplied for tea and so we had to boil water in a large saucepan and attempt to pour it into mugs. Only 2 normal sized mugs supplied even though the property took 5 persons (the rest were tiny expresso cups). One of the bedrooms was an internal room with no exterior window. The other rooms had a very limited view. Ceramic hob was very old and the buttons did not work well. Spare blanket stored in cupboard was not clean. Microwave was fitted too high in kitchen and so difficult to use. The hot water ran out towards the end of third shower even though property took 5 persons. There was a step situated immediately inside the front door which we sometimes tripped over. Hard memory mattress and pillow and synthetic bedding. No english speaking TV channels.
