I didn’t like the location of the place, cause it’s hard when you go to the beach and you’ll have a lot of stairs, especially with no car

“Great stay in a fab location ☺️”

The best

Great location a couple of minutes walk down to the beach and some really great beach bars/restaurants. 15 minutes stroll to the Puerta de Jerez/Old Town. Convenience stores/supermarkets within 10 minutes walk. On a pedestrian street, opposite a lovely green space with palms and chirruping birds. Convenient alleyway to offload/pack the car, and free parking right behind the house. Spotlessly clean property. Fab views from the roof terrace. Loved the choice of outside spaces, balcony off the bedroom, roof terrace and front garden. Lovely hot shower. Loads of wardrobe hanging space with hangars, and lots of coat hooks about the place (these things are often overlooked in other rentals we have stayed in). Well equipped and usable kitchen. Loved the many bench sofas to chill out on in the lounge area. We had a lovely comfortable and relaxed week. The agent overseeing the booking was extremely efficient and we were very impressed with their communication. Our damage deposit was refunded into our bank account within 3 hours of us checking out. We'll definitely book again 😁

To be improved

Would be better if there was a kettle in the kitchen. Needs a mirror in the double bedroom and one downstairs. Be good to have access to a sweeping brush and dustpan, as being so close to the beach, it's impossible to not bring in a bit of sand. A little bit of complementary washing powder and softener to be able to use the washing machine would be great.
