“A comfortable house with a nice garden”
The best

It is a very nice house with a pleasant garden. Elena, the host is a very helpful and kind person, she was always available if we had a question. The house is comfortable even for 6 persons. The tram/train stop is approx. 3 min walking, so you can travel to Benidorm and/or Alicante easily. The complex has a pool, which you can use freely. It is a residential area, the neighbourhood is quiet and safe. The nearest beach is about 15-20 min walk. The Aldi is about 15 min walk. There is a lot of restaurants at the beach, and renting sunbeds and umbrellas is possible. The cleanliness of the property is exceptionally good. Overall, we were very satisfied, and can recommend this place.

To be improved

Nothing really unmanageable, a dishwasher would be a nice addition for comfort, and some bigger kitchenware if you would like to cook for 6.
