“Very disappointing”

The best

spacious house, nearby restaurants and supermarkets, nice gaming device for children. On paper the house has all you need, but read the negative section for our experiences

To be improved

summary: not good quality versus price, qualities of house overstated in description and pictures. House in much worse shape then to be expected from descriptions, pictures and reviews. Examples: huge mould stain on inside of the roof of the bedroom, getting to centre without car or taxi practically impossible, no private pool, bad matrasses, airco’s not working Limited list: - Mold (and not a little) on the roof of bedroom - key distinctive point of pool is not true, it is not private, but shared with 40 other houses and opening months are not described properly (closed in May). - Not easy to get into Centre, public transport by Metro very hard due no possibility to park near the metro station - Not cleaned properly (house rebuild a few times, has many edges and cabinets that are not cleaned in months) - Security: no smoke detectors, no emergency exit possible due to iron bars closing windows - Only 1 or two proper matrasses - You can hear neighbours through walls - Airco units not working

Very nice and big house with parking garage and swimming pool. We were absolutely satisfied. And perfect communication with the owner.
