The fridge does not properly The shower head, etc, was broken. We fixed it. Pillows were filfy. No sweeping brush. Towels were out on the clothes horse outside. The new clients had towels freshly delivered with the cleaner when they came a day to clean the apartment. The light was not working in the twin bed room There were no batteries in the fan and light remotes. A bad smell of urine in the downstairs toilet. A dirty paper in the oven left. Hedge outside at the front gate is very over grown. There was not enough bed linen and the 3xtra pillows were filfy too. The bathroom mat was all broken as it was timber I had to move it Over all there is alot needed to be sorted in this house to bring it upto a high standard especially with the price we paid

Although the house was clean the bedding was not in a good condition. My daughter had a very lumpy pillow. I checked a chest for replacement but all the pillows were stained with yellow marks. There were no top sheets on the bed only old cover sheets. The pool chair my daughter chose was broken and she fell from it. Considering the cleaning charge of 100 Euros I think this is a bit much.
