Travelled as a group of friends and for us the location was ok, it's about a 15 minute walk to Calla Salvaje which has 2 small supermarkets, some restaurants and a few bars, the walk back is up a steep hill so may not be suitable for small children or those with mobility problems. The villa is large, in a residential area, secure, quiet and well equipped with ample crockery and other kitchen equipment. The outside space is good with a good sized pool and plenty of sun loungers. It's approx a 15 drive to Caletta/Costa Adeje. Hosts responded quickly to any questions but I did need to follow up on the return of the deposit. With the exception of the oven (which we didn't need to use) the property was clean.

To be improved

As mentioned in other reviews the property is somewhat dated, we were aware of this from the pictures and accept this is reflected in the price, however, the bathrooms in particular do need updating, there is no shower in the ensuite to the main bedroom and the shower in the family bedroom was grubby and in need either of attention or replacement. One mattress was uncomfortable. One thing to note is that there was only a tea towel, dishcloth, 30ml bottle of washing up liquid, a couple of dishwasher tablets some shampoo and shower gel in the property, we had to buy everything else from salt and pepper to dishwasher tablets. In all the other villa's we've stayed in the previous guests have left things like this for the next guests so either we were unlucky and the previous guests didn't do this or they did and they were subsequently removed at the end of their stay. This isn't a criticism of the hosts (the property isn't advertised as having basics provided) but future guests need to account for the costs.

I loved how quiet it was and so secure, we had huge amounts of privacy and the heated pool was a real bonus. Great views and the Host was exceptional
