“Charming location in a spirited house”
The best

Our team fell in love with the location. La Listada and La Jaca are hidden gems of the East coast. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. We loved the view and the parking was great. The kitchen was fully equipped and our favorite part of the place :) We also loved the BBQ.

To be improved

-Bad to no wifi in the most of the house. -The host forgot to let us know about the planed electricity outage that lasted for almost 8 hours. -Interior common areas have no doors. All sound carries throughout the house. You can hear everything in the bedrooms too. -Dangerous sliding doors in a shared bathroom. Our colleague got stuck for 30 minutes in there before we found her and helped her out of there. After that we had to stop using that bathroom.

It was spacious house for 6 people but not for 8 unless your expectations are low.

To be improved

Wifi only in the kitchen and 1 bedroom. No garden. TV with only German broadcasts and the remotes did not work. Difficult to balance temperature and quantity of hot water in shower. Doors not locking, windows unable to open and clothes cabinet doors were stuck. Above are just a few of the problems. The house needs a handyman for a day or 3 to fix all the shortcomings.
