Casa Almendros

Harold and Chantel were lovely and friendly hosts! I was staying alone for the week in the B&B and loved my stay. The breakfast was pleasant, the option to have some bacon and egg was nice. The pool was lovely and the I spent most of my time lounging around there :) Its a very short walk into Quesada town/shops etc (around 6-7 minutes) so perfect for someone who doesn't have a car whilst in Spain like myself. My only criticism really was when I arrived I was put into the smallest room which was very dark and small, I did however ask after 3 days to be moved into a bigger brighter room and was told none were available however after requesting this again after some people leaving I was offered to go in a bigger room which was naturally a bit brighter. I felt the room on the booking.com advert did not match what was offered when I arrived however not to forget it is classed as a B&B not a hotel. Only other thing that would be nice is a TV in the rooms, however was not a deal breaker!

Every single moment was so special.

Breakfast was in a word "FABULOUS", this is all due to Lucia who made it even more than just a meal. Eggs cooked to order with croissants that were more delicious than any we got in France. Charcuterie that included Iberico Jamon, Italian Salami, and many of my favorite cheeses. Fresh fruit and yogurt everywhere all accompanied by excellent coffee, fresh orange juice and a gorgeous courtyard to eat it on. But Lucia made us feel like we were truly welcome and appreciated.

Harold and Chantal have an excellent bed and breakfast villa with a private pool for the guests/ hot tub/ sauna. Breakfasts were very good. There is a honesty drinks fridge for guests with very fair prices( n.b. ) these have to be paid for in cash before you leave.Nothing was too much trouble for them and Lucia. We left early on Tuesday morning and they even provided us with filled sandwiches for the flight. Would definitely recommend to anybody visiting the area. Paul/Chris and family.

Stunning villa with all facilities you would ever need , great location less than 10 minutes to centre Quesada high street. Pool area and garden were exceptional, breakfast had vast choices of everything you could ever need from cooked to continental.Owners Harold and Chantelle super friendly and so attentive couldn't do enough for you.
