This was done by the people that run the apartment. I’m sorry but you shouldn’t rent out your apartment then work on your building. Don’t book if looking for a relaxing and quiet space.

We don't recommend the place. It's not nice, not well-equipped, nor clean (sticky floor and terrible smell inside are only two examples). Many items are way over its time to be replaced - furniture, vent. It's very dark too - pictures don't show it properly. On the top of all that, this was the worst experience we ever had with a host. He was not aware of the reservation until call was given to him, he promised to send someone who cleans the place and gives us keys as he was out of town. This person arrived and ... just gave us keys. She was speaking no English. There were no sheets on the bed, nor towels in the bathroom. We tried to explain these are missing. We got dirty towels and some odd small covers we supposed to use while sleeping. We've contacted host and he turned rude at the first second when we mentioned our disappointment. He didn't offer any solution - cleaning the place, providing missing items, nothing. He said we can leave the place but we'll pay for all. We left and found a hotel nearby. Despite 24 hours of attempts from our side and Booking Employees (we've received enormous support - kudos to them!), host forced us to pay for cleaning (!!!) and first night of stay. In the meantime, he was sending few not nice messages. Don't recommend it if you want to have nice, uninterrupted, stress-free vacation and nice place to stay!
