To be improved

The swimming pool looked like it had not been cleaned for a while, the floor and walls were filthy, the filters were not working, there were tiny aquatic creatures like worms and tadpoles happily living in it and the levels of the pool’s pH, chlorine and alkalinity were not within the recommended values! We complained to the landlord, who was not cooperative and rather arrogant and basically denied the poor state of the pool even though he never once came in person to check the pool. The property also advertised a ping pong table and garden furniture however these were not at our disposal. We cut short our stay and left the property earlier because the pool was obviously a health hasard!
